Back in 2002, Adam Sandler made Punch-Drunk Love, a film that Mark loves so much that he mentions it every single time Sandler appears in something else. Given that these other films are universally dreck, Mark’s feelings on how Sandler has fallen from such a greats height followed a pronounced bell curve – turning from disappointment (The Longest Yard, Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo) to increasing exasperation (Click, I Now Pronounce You Chuck And Larry), anger (Jack And Jill, That’s My Boy) and finally resigned contempt (Blended, The Ridiculous 6).
